Abadoo's Banana Bread Yield: 1 Loaf 
 Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups All-purpose flour
2 tsp Baking powder
3/4 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Shortening
2/3 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 cup Bananas, (About 2 or 3 medium)
 Preparation:
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and set aside. In large mixing bowl add shortening, sugar and bananas; mix well. Add flour mixture 1/2 cup at a time until well blended. Beat eggs in a separate bowl; then fold into the mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes in 8x4x2-1/2 greased pan.
