And when you exercise before having breakfast, you can even burn additional fat and calories to lose more weight.

Finally, make your morning a pleasant time that you’ll look forward to every day. You can take a few minutes to listen to music, read the news, check out your favorite podcasts, or even meditate to start the day right, as a few examples.
