Although I have heard about Orovo weight loss products before writing this review, this was the first time I had actually visited their official website. It took only a few clicks to be dumbfounded in awe of the absolute monster of a marketing scheme Orovo is promoting. I’m sure most of you are familiar with what a Pyramid Scheme is; you sell products to your family and friends and they in turn sell products to their family and friends, and so on and so on and so on…Well, to my absolute amazement this type of selling is really being pushed at their site. In order to qualify for discounts on their exorbitantly priced products you need to sign up as an associate, which is signing up to participate in this selling pyramid program. Before you know it you are going to be on the hook for a whole bunch of this product – Yikes! Now if you ask me, great products sell themselves and don’t rely on pyramid selling schemes to get the job done.

Orovo and Weight Loss – Does Orovo Work?

With my dislike of Pyramid schemes aside, the Orovo weight loss products contain some great ingredients that will improve overall health, but will probably not help you to lose the pounds. Again, Orovo is another example of a company that makes some pretty amazing claims about their products, but has absolutely no clinical studies to back it up. It is true that many of the superfoods used in Orovo have been researched and found to have health benefits, but these benefits come from ingesting these superfoods in their natural forms and in quantities that exceed the amounts contained in these pills.

Orovo Diet Pills Are Overpriced

When I first arrived at the Orovo website I read the statement “have perfect confidence that you are getting the most superior merchandise on the market, at the lowest prices imaginable”. Well, Orovo products must be made of gold because they are some of the most expensive diet pills I have ever come across. The bare bones Orovo weight loss supplement costs $79.99 for a bottle of 60 pills, which will last you anywhere between 15 days and a month, but I would guess closer to 15 days. So just for the basic Orovo diet pill you will be spending upwards of $160 per month. And then there is Orovo X-treme that has a price as inflamed as its promotional statements. Retailing at $199 for 60 pills, and with a recommended use of 6 pills a day, this product will set you back almost $600 a month. Holy smokes! With that kind of money you can hire yourself a personal trainer and still have lots of money left over, which would be a much more effective way to lose weight than taking these pills.

Orovo’s 7-DFB (7 Day Fat Burner) is one of their lower priced items at $24.99 for one weeks supply. This product is the only one of Orovo’s line of weight loss pills that may help you to lose weight, but it won’t be body fat, just water weight. One serving of 7-DFB contains 500mg of dandelion root, which acts as a diuretic and will help to flush water from your body.

The bottom line is that Orovo is really, really expensive and probably won’t help you lose weight any more than just eating a healthy diet would. Yes, the superfoods may help to make your body healthier, but at such high prices you would be better off just adding some of these foods in moderation to your diet.
