Some research suggests that Vitamin A may actually help to reduce abdominal obesity. Also people who are obese tend to have low levels of vitmain A. Carrots are also a source of fiber and fiber is great for health and for weight loss. Carrots can also help you boost your intake of vitmain C.

    So, yeah, include them in your regular diet wehther you're trying to lose weight or not :)
