I have been smoking 14 years and found it most helpful to have a glass of water every time i felt like a smoke after quitting, not only did it take the craving away but it also suppressed my weight gain because the lack of smoking.

I've been drinking this for about 5 days, and I think I am feeling this all the time, I am hungry every 3 hours.. I mean is that normal??? I eat a full meal then I get hungry every 3 hours again, I would just like to know if it's healthy.. I'm trying to gain weight btw,. that's why I'm drinking mega mass 2000, but I feel like I'm having problems.. nwei, I'll be waiting for your response.. tnx.</description>

		<description>I have been on this diet for about 2 weeks or 10 days. So far no real weight loss in pounds, but I was shocked to discover that my waist had dropped from 45" to 43 1/2" without my knowledge! 

Here are the other benefits:

1. It takes only 2 meals to immediately stop any hunger pangs. Totaling around 150 calories. 

2. My body now reject high fat foods, like microwave popcorn and soya-based creamer. 

3. I have stopped craving salty foods, sugary foods and restaurant foods.

		<description>Elliptical machines are also my favorite. You mentioned swimming, which is really my favorite cardio workout overall because it works out EVERYTHING and is incredibly refreshing; but when it comes to a MACHINE that offers low/no impact on the joints, ellipticals take the cake.

Also, I love rowing machines because of a reason you hit right on the head, the core workout.

I use this to make sure I'm reaching my target heart rate when getting cardio. Really works well and I think it is the most useful gadget I have. Thanks for the rest of these tips.</description>

		<description>hi, im 3 months out from a gastric bypass. i want feeling hungry at all but recently ive started getting awful hungry in the afternoon and at late night. can someone help me with advice so i wont start snacking and ruin everything? ive gone through too much for that to happen now. im slow to  lose weight due to holding fluid a lot but am now on a fluid pill three times a week. the last two weeks ive only lost 2 lbs. thank you for your help.  margaret</description>
