I don't know about other detox methods, but I have been using detox foot pads from Purify Your Body: www .purifyyourbody .com. When I started using them, they would come out almost black...now when I use them, they're a lighter brown color. I have never felt better or slept as good as I do when I'm usuing them. I love these detox foot pads and would reccommend them to anyone who just wants to feel better and have more energy.
