It's actually pretty easy to do whether you're eating at home or in a restaurant. Just be sure that the foods you choose to eat are very nutritious. You don't want your metabolism to get lazy. Drink plenty of water--get rid of soda, even diet for the next two weeks. You'll also be more successful if you dump the salt for that amount of time.
