When you go to the gym what exercises are you doing? Lifting weights are OK, but if you want to lose weight you'll need cardio too, exercises that will really make your heart and lungs work.

If you are struggling to lose weight and are eating low cal and are exercising then you may want to visit a doctor for a check up. A friend of mine was eating really healthy and exercising but couldn't lose weight. She finally went to her doctor who determined she had insulin resistance. This is a really common condition, particularly in heavier people. She was prescribed medication and started to lose weight right away. Now she's reached her goal and can stop taking the medication because her insulin receptors are working again.
