Default Keeping It Off

The biggest challenge for me in my weight loss journey has been KEEPING the weight off. I have made some fantastic reductions in my waistline only to slack off and little by little gain it all back AND THEN SOME. How many times have I thrown my hands up in the air and say to myself that's it, I give up. What's the use? Finally, I realized that the only way to really keep the weight off is to forget about the fad diets and gimmicks. The only real way was to change my LIFESTYLE. And that, my friends, doesn't happen overnight. It's a step by step process that requires a lot of trial and error to find which weight loss tips and techniques you will STICK WITH. And that's different for everyone. Some people don't mind drinking a gallon of water a day. Others can't stand it. Some find that eating a ton of raw carrots really isn't too bad and cuts down the appetite. Others will kill if they look at another carrot. So, you really have to find what works for you IN THE LONG RUN. Because keeping the weight off means a way of life, not a fad.
