Eating 3-4 times a day and having protein rich diet is the easiest way to be healthy and be fit. Along with good diet, regular work out including 3-4 times a week cardio can do the trick. My instructor gave this schedule to me and since then I feel quite good regarding my body. This works for me and is the best way to be fit and cut down some extra weight.
