I am really curious if cleansing and detoxifying products link Isagenix, Almighty Colon Cleanse, etc. really work. I would like to try one, but I have no idea which ones out there are truly effective.

Also, I am a bit afraid that it will be too gross to handle - some of the pictures on the net really got to me. Does that really happen?
