Default 3 steps to weight loss

1) You have to want to lose weight and you alone have to do it. So don’t look to anybody but yourself to make it happen.
2) Exercise is non-negotiable. Move it!
3) You have to balance your eating habit with exercise. Eat less and exercise more!
