hi and welcome :). i am so sorry that you have had such sadness over the past year because of your mother dying. i hope that you have family and friends around you who can support you through this difficult time.

i would love to have a weekly weigh in partner. i have lost just shy of 50 pounds since January 2009. my current weight as of yesterday was 184 lbs and my goal is to reach 170lbs in the next three to four weeks. eventually i too would like to weigh somewhere in the neighorhood of 130 to 135 pounds.

i do my weigh in's weekly every tuesday morning. does this work for you?

are you following a structured diet program right now, like atkins? i can try to help keep you accountable for your food choices too. perhaps you could keep a daily log of what you eat here in the forum and we can all help you along.

can't wait to get started - this is exciting. thanks for sharing your story :)
