I agree with step 1. However, Step 2 and 3 bother me.
Step 2 bothers me because while exercise is good for cardiovascular and muscle development, it really isn't good for weight loss. Why? When you exercise, you become hungry. This defeats trying to eat less. As well, picking up two new habits at one time is unreasonable. Pick one or the other to go with first. Exercise, or eating well. Don't try to do both at once. It is a recipe for failure, especially for those who really do want to lose weight.
As for drugs.. I would never trust what someone tells me from a site that sells drugs on whether or not the drugs are actually helpful. If you want an opinion, ask a real doctor.
