You really have to find something that works for you. Everyone is so different and what works for one person may not work for another. The best advice I can give is to start small. Don't try changing everything all in one day. Pick one thing you want to change or improve in your diet or exercise and when you feel like that is mastered, pick another one. There are so many options for you, you may just need to do some research to find out what fits your lifestyle the best.
