Enrique, you may eat more fruits and vegetables. Do not mix protein foods like chicken, beef, etc, with starch foods like potatoes, rice, yam, etc. If you eat protein foods and starch foods together, you will have undegisted food that can cause bacteria in your body. Eat fruits on empty stomach so that all nutritions will be absorbed by your body.

Tony Robbins mentioned it in his Unlimted Power book. I followed it, and feel great about it. You will not only lose weight easily but also gain a healthy body.
