Hi all,

I am from sunny Florida and I have just joined the Quick Weight Loss Diet and start tomorrow, November 1, 2009. This will begin a new marking point in my life and bring on the rest of it because I am ready to lose 50 lbs. in 18 weeks! (and keep it off).

I look forward to chatting with all of you and learning lots of tips and sharing in whatever inspiration will help each one of us to conquer our goals!
