Success Losing Weight with Atkins
I haven't tried Atkins myself, but have been witness to many of my friends try this diet. I have never known someone to be able to follow it for more than a month. They just seem to get fed up with the strict food restrictions.
Can Atkins be used as a long-term diet and has anyone had any experience with it for weight management? |
