Not all the way "After" yet but am the first 85lb down :)
I chose surgery and had a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy in February. So far I have lost 39kg or 85lb which is 1/3 of the weight that I need to lose to get to goal weight and I am feeling fantastic. I eat such lovely healthy food each day and am a superfoods nut now.
