Does anyone have any before and after photos?
I will show you mine.
I lost 30 pounds with diet and exercise and motivation.
I still have another 30 to go through!

First of all, I didn't take pictures before I took Lida Daidaihua Capsule the whole figure and there is no difference showed in my face since I had just lost 3 lbs. The pictures here just showed the difference of me in half a year.

The first one was me at the end of Octocber, 2007. The second one is me in the middle of April, 2008.

hi, Sandy, you really upset me by saying there is no difference between these two photos I showed as I am really pround to loose weight and get back to my figure before pregnancy. :)

I was weighed 153 lbs when I was about to deliver my son at the end of Feb, 2007 and two days after the delivery when I was able to stand up on the scale and weigh myself, I weighed 122 lbs. One month after my delivery, I weighed about 118 lbs and was never about to be slimmer until this January. Then I started diet plan and maintained my weight at around 112 lbs and my figure was completely restored until I took Lida Daidaihua from Early March, 2008.

I can see that you have lost weight in the face for sure.
But I think you look great in both photos and not fat in either.
I guess everyone has their own definition of what is fat when they look at themselves.

Before and After Photos

Hey Caroline,

You look GREAT!!! You did a great job in losing weight. I am about to try and loose weight myself. I can not stand myself anymore. I ache my feet ache. It finally dawned on me, how would I deal with carrying someone around all the time that weighed as much as me. No wonder my feet are screaming. But I think that Spring starting to show up here is giving me some incentive too. I have been heavy all my life and now that I am 55 I am ready to try again to lose this weight.

Thanks for sharing your pictures.. hopefully I can share mine in a month or so too.
