Hi there,

I am trying to lose 30 pounds before summer. My winter weight has gotten really out of control. I always seem to get so heavy over the winter! I am thiking of try Hoodia diet pills. Has anyone had any experience with using Hoodia?

Hows it going?
I have been reading some of your posts, it looks like you have been trying a lot of weight loss products!

So what happened when you tried Hoodia?
Did you lose any weight with it?
Didn't Oprah recommend Hoodia?!

I lost a few pounds and then the weight loss stopped. I the Ephedrine P57 was also making me sick.

There are tons of weight loss pills out there. Honestly I would be afraid of anything that says it burns the fat for you, or those "magic pills". There is no such thing. The weight you lose all depends on you and how dedicated you are to changing the way you eat, substituting certain food and keeping your calorie intake in check.

I myself for a few years was blind to this myself but so I gave up for awhile then this hoodia stuff came out which from what ive heard helps keep your appetite at bay the pill ive been on for about 2 weeks is this apple patch stuff from Herbal Weight-Management Supplement.

Its not going to be a miracle pill ive only lost 2 pounds so far...keep in mind a pound of fat is 3500 calories so it would take 7 days to lose 1 pound. That is if you are aware of the caloric needs that you need in one day to maintain your current weight and minus 500 of those calories!!!

Just remember to take it slow and safe!!!
