Default Looking Trim

Hello,
Just came across you when looking for a review of 'Looking Trim' which seems to be the same thing as 'Ephedrine57', I have been trying to lose weight for 5 years with little sucess :-\
I have tried diets and excersice all different types but never thought I would resort to diet pills but i am desperate now and have just swallowed my first pill (looking trim). I need to lose 24lbs and I will let you know how it goes, in the mean time is there anyone out there who has lost weight and kept it off, if so how?
All help is appreciated :D

Hi there! I just read your post. I haven't tried Looking Trim myself. I live in Canada and ephedrine products are illegal here. Another forum user was taking Ephedrine P57 for a while and at first she liked it and had some results, but stopped taking it after about a week because it made her heart race. Increased heart rate, much like a caffeine rush, is common with ephedrine products and some people don't like it because it leaves you feeling anxious all the time.

I do like that Looking Trim has Hoodia in it because your appetite will be curbed, which really helps. I did take phentermine for two months some time ago and it really helped me to lose some really stubborn weight and I didn't experience negative side-effects, but like most things, it is not for everyone.

Have you considered taking Acomplia?

Keep us posted! ;D

well its been over a week now and I'm feeling fine, I've certainly not been eating as much however I have only lost 1lb which is a bit dissapointing ???
I am going to persist though as its better than putting on a lb.
On the first day I felt my heart racing and was a little concerned but now I don't feel any different than usual but I have always been quite resistant to any drugs.
23lbs to go!

What is Acomplia?

Excellent! good news that you are doing so well on it, I have weighed in and am another 3lbs off, so things are looking positive. I still feel fine, no adverse affects except last night I was restless but I had taken the pill later than normal because I went out to a place where there was buffet food. I just had a pear!!!!!!! ;D
The first week I just took one pill a day, I thought thats what it said on the side of the bottle but then I heard somewhere else that you should take 2. Unsure I phoned the company and they said 2 was fine so in my second week I lost 3lbs. Tomorrow will be my third weigh in so I will post how I do then.

Strange, the pills definately supress my appetite, I had eaten less this last week than in any week before but I only lost half a pound!
I was sure I must have lost more than that. . . . . . . . oh well, maybe next week. At least I am going down the scales :)

How did your weigh in go for the third week? I am surprised you haven't had more weight loss, especially in the first week. It's good that your appetite is suppressed - that helps a lot. Make sure you are eating healthy small snacks and meals throughout the day though, otherwise your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto all the calories it can.

Do you have much time to exercise? Exercising can really help get rid of those last stubborn pounds.

Keep up the great work! :D

Thank you ;D
I just weighed in and I have lost another 1 1/2 lb. Slow going but I am losing every week since taking the pills, which is a first for me.
I do feel a bit spacey sometimes but not enough to be worried, so far I have lost 6lbs on the pills.
I do exercise as well but that has never helped me with weight loss before. Exercise makes me feel better and healthier but i don't think i've ever lost a lb because of it, even when i did a 5k charity run!

Wow, it sounds like you have been on quite the journey. How far have you come in reaching your weight loss goals? You seem really positive and that is sooo important. Keep up the great work Leyla ;D

Are you still taking Looking Trim? Are you following any other diet that is working well for you?
