I have been trying to lose weight for a long time and have tried almost everything. I am considering taking weight loss pills, like Phentermine, but I'm not sure which is the best one. Post your vote and help many other people like myself find the best diet pill.

Hopefully this can help lots of people, not just me.

I have had a lot of sucess with both phentermine and tenuate (5stone so far...). Out of the 2 I would recommend Tenuate, as ,for me, phentermine caused occasional insomnia. Hope this helps

I have not tried Tenuate yet only Phentermine, why is Tenuate better?
Phentermine really stops my food cravings, but you are right about the insomnia. I try and only take Phentermine for short periods of time. Does Tenuate stop you from being hungry without the insomnia?

I have used none of them. I had a good experience with Acomplia diet pill. I was obese and was able to lose my extra weight with diet program. then I went to my doctor to talk about diet pill with him. He advised me to try the new medication called Acomplia. It took atleast six months to lose 50kg and it was a success.
