Default Ginger

Should I add it to my diet? Will it help with weight loss?

No idea if will help with weight loss but it does help with digestion for sure. Come to think of it, if your digestion works well, I guess it could help with weigt loss too if you're combining it with all your other efforts to shed fat.

I don't think it will hurt to add it to your diet but I don't know if you really need to go out of your way to make sure it's a regular part of it unless you really like it or something.

I say start adding it to your diet, whether it's in the food you eat or you start adding it to your water, tea, etc. Ginger is good for your digestion and it may also help you feel satiated. For some people it works as a natural appetite suppressant.

Awesome! Now that's what I wanted to hear. Obviously, I'm not just going to believe that it's going to suppress my appetite if I start to eat it, but if it does, that would be an awesome benefit. I already knew it was good for digestion. I'm glad to hear that it's got more benefits than I thought.
