Hi there. I haven't tried Quick Weight Loss Program, and this was the first time I even heard about it. From the website it looks a lot like many other structured diet programs out there. The recipes look simple and are very low-fat, low-carb so if you follow their meal suggestions you will probably lose some weight. The website also mentions that the QWL program is "supplemented with proprietary weight loss aids". I took a look at these too and found that some of the products, such as the 800mg Hoodia, were really overpriced.
Keep us posted about your experience with QWL program - it looks pretty good. :D |

I started the Quick Weight Loss Center's Home Program on September 1. I need to lose 100 pounds, and I know I will do it and keep it off!! I am very happy with the program. I am never hungry, and I am losing weight nicely. I get my counseling over the phone, and I find my couselor to be very encouraging and helpful. As of today, Sept. 23, I have lost 16 pounds.
