Default What do you want from a Diet Plan?

I've been looking around for a new diet and I am frustrated because none of them seem to suit me. What I want is a diet plan that tells me what to eat for every meal of the day. Then give me a list of my meals for the week and be done with it.

What are the rest of you looking for in a diet? I've posted a poll, please answer if you have the time. :-*

Hi Mona, I was in the same situation not too long ago. I wanted a diet plan as well that would tell me what type of foods to eat and when to eat it. I stumbled upon a diet delivery system (BISTROMD) that is approved by a Dietican and recommended by Dr.Phil. As always, I didn't believe that diet delivery plans would help me lose weight and taste good. But I already spent so much money on other stuff I gave it a shot. This is the best thing that has happened to me and I suggest you try it for yourself. The only commitment for this diet plan is your commitment to losing weight. I lost 16lbs using it for the last 2 months and will continue using it. I thank BistroMD for getting my life back on track!

Bistro MD looks like NutriSystem. How similar are they? How much does it cost per month on average? Is the food good? (It looks pretty tasty but so did nutrisystem and it was very disappointing)

A six-week diet plan sounds pretty good to me. It couldn't be too difficult and I would love it if it didn't used processed foods, much sugar or salt. Even better, all foods are cooked from scratch, but are easy to prepare.

I wouldn't want to eat six weeks of the same stuff either. I would love a diet that offers something new every day - every meal would be even better. Variety is the spice of life. I get really sick of the same old when I'm dieting sometimes.

Atkins diet - the worst one!
I tried it once a few years ago – after 2 days I felt that I could get heard attack.
Incredibly unhealthy diet - for suicidal people.
I spoke with 3 girls who tried it as well – the same response.

i keep looking for a diet that will just tell me what to eat and be done with it. sometimes, too many choices is distracting and i lose focus. does anyone know of a diet that just says - eat this today - and you do. nothing too repetative though, like eating the same thing every day cause that gets really boring fast.
