Default What exercise are you on?

I'm a runner and I do WT. However I kinda feel i'm getting tired of these exercises already. What kind of exercises are you doing and what can you recommend to me?

i vary my exercises all the time. i will go jogging one day, do intervals the next, then go biking the next day and so on. i try not to go to the gym more than once a week now. i got really bored with going there and lost my motivation to workout for a while, which really set me back. now i enjoy the diversity, which makes me more motivated and i'm seeing better results in my fight against the fat.

i've been following the 100 Push Ups challenger in the forum 100 Push Up Challenge . i might try the challenge once i lose a little more weight - it sounds like a great idea.

Exercise for weight loss doesn't have to be hard, you need to be consistent. If you can do some form of workouts maximum days of the week, you will lose weight along with you will also be a fitter. Just a small amount of exercise can reduce your risk of heart disease very significantly. Incorporate some daily exercise in you daily routine and you will achieve your weight loss goals in no time.

Keep your eyes on calories you eat each day minus what your body uses. If you can balance the number of calories you expend through physical activities with calories you eat will help you achieve your target. 20 to 30 minutes of moderate-intensity yoga or aerobic exercise & some muscle strengthening activities may be helpful for you.

Aerobic exercise for any amount of time can decrease inflammation and decrease weight gain in the abdominal area. Abdominal fat is the worst kind because it is associated with chronic inflammation and is more likely to lead to type 2 diabetes and heart disease. Even walking at a moderate pace can decrease fat storage in the abdominal area. So keeps it moving for better health

As for me I have already chosen yoga exercise to shed my weight. It has wonderful effect on my body since I have started 2 months ago. Yoga exercise for weight loss consists, for the most part, of yoga poses, breathing exercises and yoga diet. With yoga you can lose weight gradually but permanently with no side effects.

I would suggest you to visit your family doctor before you start yoga exercise, he will suggest you what kind of yoga will suit your body.
