If motivation is a weakness for you perhaps trying a diet program that has weekly meetings and weigh-ins, like Jenny Craig. This may help to make you feel more accountable for your weight loss, or lack of it as the case may be.
I would also suggest getting involved in this forum. You can chat with all of us about motivation because we're all going through similar stuff. Another thing I've enjoyed has been starting my own weight loss blog here on this site (anyone can start one). Just by writing about weight loss topics that interest me I learn so much and it motivates me to keep going.
I know many people lose motivation because the weight doesn't come off very quickly. If this is a part of why you lose motivation then perhaps give diet pills a try. When I combined them (Phentramin-D) with a healthy diet and exercise I lost weight faster. This helped me, particularly at the beginning, when losing all that weight seemed like an impossible feat.
Keep us posted about how it's going and don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it.
