I do not know if acai berry diet works, but I have lost weight eating healthy. I ate more fruits and vegetables, and did not eat protein foods with starch foods. If protein foods are mixed with starch foods, your body will not be able to digest the two types of foods in your body and it will attract bacteria. Eat fruits on empty stomach so that your body can absorb all the nutritions.
It is not an easy task to follow the above, but I managed to do it after I influenced my mind. |
