Has anyone tried the weight loss program called Build My Meals? I overheard some coworkers discussing it and thought about joining. I guess I have nothing to lose since it's free but I wanted to see if anyone has tried it. You can google the name to find out more about it.

I just googled "Build My Meals" and see that the post above has been spammed in a number of forums. That's too bad.

I did find the "Build My Meals" official website. This program structures out calorie-controlled meals for you that you make yourself. There are a number of other programs out there like this, such as eDiets.com. I would recommend sticking to an established program rather than trying this one, especially if they use spamming forums as part of their advertising campaign.

Oh, by the way, it tried to register for the Build My Meals program just now and received this message, "due to an enormous demand in free meal plan subscriptions and limited resources we are no longer able to create dedicated meal plans for every single member".

but i think it is not a quick weight loss program.
