What toxins are you specifically talking about?

Setting up a diet is really simple in my mind:

Set calories.

Set protein.

Set fat.

Set carbs.

Fill in the remainder of your calorie allotment with whatever you want.

I could go into detail on each of those if you'd like, but making it any more difficult than that is silly.

Not to mention, many don't even have to count calories. By simply choosing "smarter" foods, their calories are self-regulated. Most foods that are considered healthy satiate you while avoiding such a large calorie load, so it becomes harder to overeat.

Conventional foods are full of things too long to list here, they even spray MSG on plants and veggies while they grow! Head to a Whole Foods or something, shop the perimeter of the store. Start cutting our slowly bad foods from your diet. Don't over do it at first it could cause you to fail...

well the most important thing is to have a balanced diet, and also to control your diet that is not to take food in between the normal meals, then to do regular exercises, eat fruits, vegetables and also to drink enough water, techniques like yoga is also handy

happy birthday!

You know, forty is not a bad age at all, I'm actually looking forward to it. It's not even high maintenance to be honest, you just have to exercise once in a while. With a good diet and a 30min run as often as possible, you should live to be 100!

Enrique, you may eat more fruits and vegetables. Do not mix protein foods like chicken, beef, etc, with starch foods like potatoes, rice, yam, etc. If you eat protein foods and starch foods together, you will have undegisted food that can cause bacteria in your body. Eat fruits on empty stomach so that all nutritions will be absorbed by your body.

Tony Robbins mentioned it in his Unlimted Power book. I followed it, and feel great about it. You will not only lose weight easily but also gain a healthy body.

Hi Enrique,

You might want to try juicing. It's a natural way to lose weight so it is really safe. The JumpStart 7 Day Weight Loss Program worked for me and my husband. It might be able to help.
