It seems like a good idea too. I haven't done a crash diet, nor would I ever do a crash diet, but approaching sources that may have experienced them is better than a lot of the 'right place at right time' news many places go for.

I'd be more interested reading something like this rather than reading / watching how yet another person got murdered in that town or some such.
