Default Permanent Fat Loss with Fitness Goals

I have to have fitness goals. When I first started running, it was to get in shape to backpacking in the Sierras. Then I fell in love with running. Throughout the year I have a series of goals. One goal is a stepping stone to another goal. This gives me a carrot to keep me going. I will also look back on last year and I try to improve on what I did in that previous year. Having goals keeps me motivated and focused.

That seems a good thing to say. But you must be committed to achieving your goals also and its a good thing that you could!

I've found goals to not be enough for most of my clients. They need to really hone in on their "whys." Why do they have their goals. Focusing on their whys gets emotional intensity backing their goals and that's what creates consistent effort in my experience.
