How to shape a body in different weight lifting excercise ?
I have been doing the weight lifting excercise for almost 2 weeks now and love to do it. I already feel much firmer and stronger. I am hoping at the end of the 16 weeks I look much leaner and have more shape in my muscle and also in a whole body.
