honest, you certainly aren't the only one. once i started eating more protein (and fats) my sex drive got a lot better again. i also started savoring a small piece of dark chocolate every day as a treat. i love chocolate and it really lifts my spirit and puts me in a better mood.
so, to answer your question, yes eating more foods high in protein helped. i try to eat lean proteins when i can, like fish and lean meats. i also make protein shakes with chocolate soy powder and skim milk. i can't really say if it's the fats or the protein that has made the difference, but either way it seems to work.
