Default Frozen Grapes

If you're looking for a nice summer treat that is sweet and will help you beat the heat, try freezing fresh grapes (I recommend the seedless variety). This is a healthy and tasty way to get some sugar without eating cookies, ice cream or other high-fat sweets.

That's a good idea! Do you know how many is okay to eat in a sitting? Aren't grapes high in sugar?

Grapes are high in sugar but a handful of grapes isn't going to do you any harm. Especially if you're having them as a treat and you're eating them over other sugary stuff like ice cream, cake, cookies, etc.

Grapes are high in sugar, but as long as you don't eat a huge amount in one sitting you'll be fine. To put it into better perspective, about 24 grapes (equal to 140 grams or 3/4 cup) is about 100 calories and is 22.2 grams of sugar. I personally can't imagine sitting down an eating 24 grapes, but in case you can't get enough of them, I would recommend eating no more than 15, so you don't overdo it in the sugar department (especially if you typically eat a lot of sugar in a day).

This is a great treat and is honestly way better for you than ice cream if you want a cold treat. It's lower in fat and sugar.
