I have been reading customer reviews about Phentramin-D. Does anyone know if this stuff really works?
It sounds like it works like Phentermine and Adipex is this true?

I took Phentermine before and it worked well for me. Now that I can't buy Phentermine, I recently bought Phentramin-d because, like you, I heard is was supposed to be very similar. What I have found so far is that I think Phentermine is a better appetite suppressant than Phentramin-d, but the benefit is that I haven't had that nasty dry mouth feeling all the time.

I have been taking Phentramin-d now for just over a week and I have lost 9 pounds. I think this diet pill works, at least it does for me and I haven't had any side effects.

I Hope this helps. By the way, Phentramin-d doesn't contain Hoodia, which I hear is pretty useless for helping curb appetite.

How does it manage your hunger?
Do you find that it gives you an energy boost like Phentermine?

I think when I wrote the last post I had been taking Phentramin-d for 10 days. So that's a little under one pound a day to lose. I actually had a couple of days where I was down 2 to 3 pounds then a couple where I didn't lose at all. This just seems to be the way it goes.

I had put on quite a bit of weight over the holidays too, and it always seems to be easier to get rid of that weight than the more stubborn plump that has been around for a long time. I'd love it if I kept losing at this rate, but I know I likely won't. For example, over the last two days, since my last post, I've lost only half a pound :(

Anyway, to answer your question, yes, Phentramin-d does give me a boost of energy similar to Phentermine. I'm pretty sensitive to stimulants and Phentermine made my heart race some times, but Phentramin-d doesn't do that. I like the energy boost best in the morning because that's when I go to my cardio class.

I'd love to know what you think of Phen-d once you've tried it for a few days. Keep me posted.

Phentramin-D worked really well for me.
I lost 30 Pounds in around 7 weeks with it!
I would definitely recommend trying it for 2-3 months, depending on how much you have to lose.

I have taken Phentramin-d and loved it. It really improved my energy levels and I wasn't hungry like I usually am. You have to eat a good diet and get regular exercise to really see results, but it's all worth it. In my opinion, phentramin-d is one of the best diet pills available these days.
