Default exercise

Is exercise a part of the LA Weight Loss program? I imagine that they encourage you to move, but are there any specific types of exercise that they recommend or is there a certain number of times you're supposed to do it a weak and/or are workouts supposed to be a specific length of time?

I don't think there is any specific exercise program that is suggested for La Weight Loss I think the plan focuses more on what you eat and controlling yoru calories.

It is a part of the program but I don't think there are any specific exercise plans or programs that you're necessarily suppose to follow.

I completely understand and agree freddyboy. It is disappointing because you would think if a company put all that time, energy and money into devising a diet plan that helps with weight loss that they would have some recommendations regarding what sorts of exercises would work best with their plan. After all, aside from watching what you eat, exercise is the next thing that helps you shed the fat.
