Steve: that was a little rough considering that this was a holiday week and I just MIGHT have been entertaining out of town family members??? gee....well, Happy Thanksgiving to you anyway
So the big question is 37 pounds in three months right?? ok, well let's break it down. three months is roughly 12 weeks. And yes, I would say that losing about 3 pounds per week is high, but DOABLE. And it's NOT a magic pill. You do have to start eating right. You can't just go out and eat McDonald's and take the supplement and expect to lose weight. It's a SUPPLEMENT, not a fat melter.
I try to stick to a healthy diet. We all know that totally restricting your foods ends up in a huge binge and then a walk down chocolate lane. So, I try to keep it to under 1500 calories...and most of them coming from fruits/veggies/lean protein. I DO splurge once in a while...but it's just a bite or two to satisfy the desire and then I force myself to put it down. And after doing that for a while, I find that just that little bit is enough for me. The supplement has helped me find the energy to get moving. I certainly walk more, take the stairs...and I don't just sit in the stands and watch my kids play sports...I get up and get moving too, and try to be more involved. I don't sit and watch tv....i go for a walk...I even started the c25k to start running which is going great. I have found that with the supplements which help me get going and help me get the vitamins nutrients I need each day, I have really gotten my stride going pretty good.
I am going to go check the other response and try to answer your questions...I'll be around if you have more!!
