Hmm, it sounds like you are treading on a fine line of an eating disorder and it sounds like your friends are feeding your insecurites. Looking in the mirror and seeing yourself as fat when you aren't is called body dsymorphia, its common in people who have anorexia ..... I am not a doctor, but being that I struggle with anorexia myself I know how it is to look in the mirror and see someone starring back at me who is just so FAT .....
Wanting to lose 10 lbs when you are already thin is another red flag to me ...... If you ever want to talk with me, Please do so. I have been struggling with anorexia for almost two years now. I've been in two inpatient hospitals and an intensive outpatient program. Trust me, eating disorders are not GLAMROUS. They take EVERYTHING away from you and when you are deathly thin all you see is a disgusting failure staring back at you.
