Firstly, congratulations on losing 15 pounds in the last month. Losing weight in the month of December is so hard for me. You must have some pretty good self control.
What are you doing right now for a diet? Have you just been eating healthier or are you following a structured program?
When I first decided to lose weight one of the biggest difficulties for me was staying on track. Without a structured weight loss program I would cheat on my diet a lot more. I joined Weight Watchers and had pretty good success with that program. What helped me the most was going to the weekly meetings for the weigh-in. That helped to keep me accountable for what I ate because it always felt terrible when I would gain instead of lose.
But all this isn't to say that you can't lose weight on your own and in fact many people succeed to lose weight without any help from a commercial weight loss program.
