Default just saying hello
I am new to the forum, but not new to trying out weight loss strategies. It seems to be something we have to think about our whole lives. I hope we can all help each other.

Default hello
I'm new as well. Overweight most of my life. Been on upteen diets. Had bariatric surgery five years ago. Lost 90 lbs. Gained 40lbs. It's a never ending battle.
