I'm new to all of this forum/messageboard thing and am looking forward to sharing information/tips/experiences with you guys in the weeks and months ahead.

I'm determined to address all of the things I can straighten out in my life and losing weight is one of the major issues I need to address.

ps. now that winter is here I am using the dark nights as the "perfect shield" when I'm out ambling round in my new asics! Its harder for anyone to see the pained expression on my bright red face.
