A weight loss plateau is very frustrating. I don't know what you've tried so far, but usually to overcome the plateau you need to:
- increase your exercise intensity and include more cardio workouts
- add more muscle building exercises to your routine (muscle burns calories)
- eat a healthy diet that is lower in calories and carbs (not too low or you won't have energy for exercise)
I have found that these tips help to overcome a stubborn plateau. Remember that when you increase your exercise level you will gain more muscle while losing fat. Muscle is heavier than fat and it will feel like you still aren't losing, but you are.
