Hello everyone I just want to say hello!
I am starting my new diet today. It's a low Carb Low, fat diet, increase in exercise type of diet. I need to lose 50 pounds!
If anyone else is starting a diet, please let me know, I can use all the support I can get!
I need to lose 60 pounds so if you are looking for some support feel free to reply. It really helps to have someone that is in the same position as you trying to lose weight. At least I find it easier to have help.
What is your schedule to lose 50 Pounds?
I am trying to lose 60 pounds in 6 months.

I am going to try and lose 3 pounds a week, so 12 pounds a month, I guess my plan is to lose it in 4 months.
I have a feeling it will take longer.
