Highp protein diet and accutane
Hi All,
I'm urgently looking for some feedback on the above subject. I'm on the high protein diet, but need to start using accutane to clear my acne... With the protein diet I use: Vit. B12 shot every week Daily Multi vitamins Daily appetite suppresants Now I know I'm not allowed to use any Vit. A while on accutane, but does anybody know whether it's safe for me to stay on the rest while using accutane??? Please please help!!!! |

Accutane Reactions
Shalane,
I would strongly recommend that you speak with your doctor about this matter. Although I doubt that vitamin B12 and multivitamins (that do not contain vitamin A) will have any contradictions with taking Accutane, the appetite suppressants may, depending on what they are. Your doctor would be the only one who can answer this question for you and give you advice that is safe. But when you do call your doctor and find out the answers please let me know because I am curious myself about this. |
