Default Best diets for men

What diets are the best for men who want to lose weight? Do any actually exist? or do diets work well for both men and women equally.

i don't think there is a diet that is better for men or women. I think they'll pretty much all work the same way for men or women as long as they are followed as they are meant to be followed.

I agree. That said, three top-rated diets that seem to be good for men (although they are likely good for women, too) are the MIND Diet, DASH Diet and TLC Diet.

I think DASH or Mediterranean. Those diets have been proven effective and they make sense. They aren't hard to follow and you won't have to alter your lifestyle a huge amount.

Okay I guess that makes sense. That said, what is the MIND Diet? Does it actually have something to do with your mind or is it just an acronym for something?

It's both an acronym (MIND stands for Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay)and it's designed for the mind. While it can benefit people who want to improve their overall health and weight loss can be an advantage for some people following this diet, ultimately it was created to maintain a healthy mind and is meant to help prevent Alzheimer's and other types of dementia.

Wow that's kind of cool...does it work? I mean, does it actually help to ward off dimentia?

I agree. That is cool. I think I might try that diet. If it's good for my mind and my body and it helps me to lose weight as a bonus, that sounds like a no-brainer to me! I just hope it's not too hard to follow haha
