Default I need a weigh-in Buddy

Anyone want to start a weekly weigh in log with me? I find it helps keep me on track if I have to be accountable to someone. :)

I will!! I need some serious motivation so weighing in will help me be accountable!! I am soo overweight right now, i wonder how I could have let myself get to this point. So, yes!!! How do we start!

I would love to do weekly weigh ins with you. I guess we should start by posting our current weights. I just peeled off everything and here goes. . .

Todays Weight: 165lb

My ideal healthy weight, that I calculated using this tool http://www.weight-loss-center.net/he..._estimate.html, is 130lb. So I have got 35lb to lose.

Ok, how bout you?

What is your game plan for losing weight?
