Default What is the healthiest way to lose weight fast?

What is the quickest and healthiest way to fast weight loss? Anyone know? Do diet pills really help?

Default Forget the scale on Christmas

While I know it's important to watch your weight even during the holiday season, if you're like me and you just love Christmas dinner, give yourself a break and don't get on the scale that day. In fact, go ahead and throw your weight loss diet right out the window. Indulge, enjoy yourself and make it the best day. One day off your diet isn't going to set you back.

uh...thanks Mike I'm gonna guess that you were responding to someone else's question/topic and not mine haha...that said, I hope you had a happy holidays. Mine were great

Does anyone else have any thoughts or comments about my question? I really am looking for thoughts on how to lose weight quickly and healthfully and I'm wondering if in addition to conventional weight loss methods (diet change and regular exercise) if there are any aids that can make the process faster. Again, thanks :)

Hey BigBobby,

Yes, diet pills can help if you find the right one that works for you and if you use it as directed. Essentially want you'll want to take is a fat burner that contains proven ingredients like caffeine or green tea and combine this with a diet that is low in calories and high in good nutrient dense foods like lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Engage in daily exercise (walking at a brisk pace for 30 - 40 minutes works just fine) and you'll be losing weight in no time at a steady and healthy pace.

Keep in mind that as much as you might want to lose weight quickly you really shouldn't aim to lose more than 2 pounds per week if you want steady and healthy weight loss :)

Hey Gina!

Thank you for your response. Okay so essentially I should be looking for a good fat burner. I think I can handle that. I know that diet pills aren't magic and don't work on their own.

That said, I'm curious beyond a good fat burner, are fat blockers a good idea too? I've heard that they can help with reducing calories.

Fat blockers are good, too, bigbobby. They can help you reduce the number of calories your body digests, which can lead to your body converting less foods into fats. However, the trouble is actually finding a good fat blocker. Some people recommend white kidney bean and others say that green coffee bean works well. I don't know how true this is, but you can always research them and make the decision yourself :)

Honestly, as long as you're not sensitive to stimulants and you're careful about how you use them, I would recommend getting a fat burner with caffeine, PEA, and green tea. I think these fat burners are the best when you combine them with a low cal diet and regular exercise.

Thanks Nelly. I think I will do a big of research in regard to these fat blockers.

Penny. Thanks for your input too! I don't have an issue with stimulants and I also believe that they are the best fat burners :)
