I lose 50 pounds over the past year.
I wish you good luck in your goals.
If I can give you one bit of advice it would be to not try and lose the weight too quickly.
Take it off slowly over time, that way you have less of a chance of gaining it back quickly.
Your new diet should be more of a life style change not just a fad.
